What we collect
- From organizers: the celebration details you enter, an optional cover photo, your name, and a private phone number or email so we can reach you about approval.
- From guests: your name, your message, and any photo or video you send.
- Payments: Stripe handles checkout. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but never your full card number.
Who can see it
- Your private phone number or email is seen only by Our Celebrations staff, never on the public page.
- Guest photos, videos and messages are seen only by the organizer (and our staff) until the organizer publishes them.
- Published moments and celebration details can be seen by anyone who has the celebration's link or QR code. Celebrations you choose to list also appear on our home page.
- Our pages ask search engines not to list them.
How we use it
Only to run the Service: reviewing registrations, showing celebration pages, handling payments and answering your questions. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Celebration details and moments are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Deleting your information
Organizers can delete any guest moment from their organizer page. To remove a whole celebration, or anything you shared as a guest, contact us and we'll delete it.
