Terms of Service

These terms apply to using Our Celebrations at our-celebrations.pages.dev (the "Service"). By registering a celebration or sharing a moment, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Our Celebrations lets a host (the "organizer") register a celebration and get a web page and QR code. Guests use the page to send photos, videos (Premium only) and messages. The organizer chooses which ones are published on the page.

2. Approval

Every registration is reviewed before it goes live. We may decline or remove any celebration at our discretion, for example if it appears false, unsafe or against these terms.

3. Plans and payment

• Basic: free. Includes the celebration page, QR code, and guest messages and photos.
• Premium: a one-time payment of $29.99 per celebration that adds guest video uploads. It is not a subscription, and there are no automatic charges.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your organizer link

When you register, you get a private organizer link that works as your account key. Keep it private: anyone with it can manage your celebration. If you lose it, contact us and we'll issue a new one.

5. What you and your guests share

• Only share photos, videos and messages you have the right to share, and only share images of people who are comfortable being included.
• Don't share anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent, or anything that exposes someone's private information.
• You keep ownership of what you share. You give us permission to store it and show it as the organizer chooses on the celebration page.
• Organizers are responsible for what they publish. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.

6. Storage

We take care to keep your moments safe, but please save copies of anything important. Organizers can save each photo and video from their organizer page. We may remove celebrations and their moments after a reasonable time following the event, and we'll try to give notice first.

7. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that celebration.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Changes don't affect payments you've already made.
