Refund Policy

Basic plan

The Basic plan is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Celebration not approved: if we don't approve your celebration, you get a full refund.
After videos are uploaded: once any guest video has been uploaded to your celebration, the Premium fee is not refundable.
Anything else: for other refund questions, contact us and we'll review your request.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5–10 business days.
